Today, Rep. Nancy Mace Released the following statement on the Supreme Court's Decision on New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen:
"The right of law-abiding Americans to own and bear arms has been enshrined in our constitution since 1791," said Rep. Mace. "When states like New York and others have taken action to infringe on this right through complicated and unnecessary regulations which punish law-abiding citizens, the Supreme Court has routinely and rightfully ruled in favor of Second Amendment rights. Today's ruling is another instance of our Highest Court defending our Constitution."
